A hand printed screen print of a lion by Tom Frost, based on a tapestry and reproduced as an original limited edition silkscreen print. This print is printed onto buff Somerset Satin paper which is a rich creamy colour and contrasts with the blues and teals Tom has used in his artwork. This print has a medieval feel to it and would look wonderful on any wall.

Print maker and illustrator Tom Frost graduated from Falmouth College of Arts in 2001 returning to his home town of Bristol to work as an illustrator for a number of years. He now divides his time between print making, restoring his crumbling Georgian house in rural Wales and raising a young family. In recent years he has worked with clients including The V&A, Perry's Cider, Walker Books, Freight Household Goods, Selvedge Magazine, Penguin, Barti Ddu Rum, The Archivist and Yorkshire Sculpture Park. His work highlights a fascination for old matchboxes, the natural world, stamps, folk art, tin toys, children's books and most other things that catches his eye. Tom strives to produce items that people will cherish for many years to come.
