Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days but usually dispatch within 1-2 working days. All items will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within 2 weeks for UK customers or 30 days for international, or as stated on product page. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.
In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual. We will advise on a delivery date in this case.
Please bear in mind most items are handmade and from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date.
Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date.
UK Delivery
Order value up to £9.99 = £1.50
£10 - £29.99 = £2.95
£30 + = Free
Express Delivery = £9.95
Please allow 2 working days for UK Express Delivery.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), Special Delivery, or courier with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase. We will email you when the item has been dispatched.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Currently we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. This is temporary and we hope to resolve shortly.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. All payments are processed in £ (pounds sterling) and will be converted to your own currency by your card company or PayPal after you have made the payment through our website. You may be given the option to purchase in your own choice of currency depending on where you are in the world and what processors are available to you.
You can use the website www.xe.com to get an estimated price. Please bear in mind that your card provider may work to a different exchange rate.
Customers outside the UK may be charged a customs fee. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Soma has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
Europe Delivery
Order value up to £9.99 = £3.95
£10 - £49.99 = £5.95
£50 - £149.99 = £9.95
£150 + = £12.95
Express Delivery = £15.00 - shipped quickly and tracked.
Some items will be unavailable for delivery to Europe. This is due to the new GPSR regulations. Most original limited edition prints are exempt and items produced before December 2024 are also exempt. Soma Gallery is unlikely to join this scheme in the near future, so certain items will be unavailable to purchase for EU customers.
Rest of the World Delivery
Order value up to £9.99 = £6.95
£10 - £49.99 = £9.95
£50 - £149.99 = £17.95
£150 + = £24.95
Express Delivery = £29.95 - shipped quickly and tracked.
Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
Express Delivery International will be sent next working day (except Mondays) by a Royal Mail tracked service. Due to varied delivery times to different countries we are unable to give a delivery estimate.
Please be aware that shipment to non UK countries (Europe and ROW) may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Soma has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
USA Delivery
Shipping to USA delivery by Royal Mail is unaffected. We send by Postal Delivery Duties Paid so you should not receive any hidden customs charges. Currently we are still charging postage at the Rest of the World postage rate, so make the most of the fact that we are absorbing the tariff charges for now! (Updated 7th October 2025)
