Where is your gallery? 

Online (Bristol, UK). We used to be based in Clifton Village in Bristol but you can now find us at the occasional pop up around Bristol. Keep an eye on social media or join our mailing list to find out where we are.

How long does it take to send an order? 

Around 1-3 working days. Contact us if you need something by a specific date.

Do you post internationally? To the USA?

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make certain changes provided it hasn't been dispatched. You can change the address if incorrect before dispatch. You can change contents if your order hasn't been packed and processed. After this point we are unable to make any changes.

I haven't received any email confirmations?

Check your spam or junk folder first, then send us an email and we can confirm your order. Occasionally junk mail filters stop our emails completely.

Do you accept artist submissions?

Yes, if your work meets our criteria. Read more here.

Can I buy from you over the phone or can I pay by cheque?

No, we only take payments through our website.

Can I pick my order up in person?

This isn't a service we offer as standard, but it's worth contacting us as we can sometimes arrange a pick up from Spike Island where we are based part of the week or we can arrange something specially in the BS3 area of Bristol.

How are prints posted?

We will wrap prints in a tube or flat depending on the size, paper and techniques. We have over 20 years experience of handling artwork. We use appropriate materials and carriers to send.

Are you prints framed or unframed?

The vast majority of our prints are sold unframed. A few are sold framed but they are from specific projects such as the 20 year portfolio collection and where the frame is part of the artwork. We do not send framed artwork overseas. We would advise that a local framer is used. Many of our prints are also standard sizes so good quality off the rack frames can be used. We are always happy to advise where possible.

Can you gift wrap my order?

We don't offer gift wrapping as a standard service but can wrap your order extra nicely if you send an email. You could also add a message in the notes box in the checkout.

My order arrived damaged, what will you do?

We work hard to avoid damage in transit, but inevitably damage will occasionally occur. We ask for photographic evidence so we can immediately start the claims process with our carrier. We replace damaged items as per distance selling regulations. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of arrival by replying to your order confirmation.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We don't currently sell gift vouchers because we need to design some nice new ones. However, if you really want to buy some, we can arrange this. So get in touch.
