Christmas Delivery & Returns
Beat the festive rush and get your orders in good time for Christmas with our recommended last order dates. These are the very last dates to order by, so please try to order in good time and don't rely on the post. Bear in mind that they may be subject to change and are correct at time of publishing.
We are currently posting most orders the same day or next day that we receive them. From Monday 15th December all Standard Delivery orders (including Free Delivery) will be sent by 1st class post. High Value orders and Express Delivery orders are unaffected and will be sent by Next day courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Updated 15/12/25.
Please also be aware that due to the volume of post in the system, standard delivery times may be slower than advertised and we have no control over this. UK Express Delivery services are usually unaffected.
International customers please be aware of any cut off times are GMT London time and please make sure you leave good time for any customs delays. USA customers are potentially vulnerable to customs delays this year.
