This showshoeing reindeer Christmas card makes a great card for the holiday season. Beautifully made and illustrated, it features a deer going for a walk across a snowy landscape in its snowshoes. It does look a bit moose-like, so one could be mistaken! This lovely card is die cut and features crimped edges with a retro hand-made Christmas feel.
The original artwork is beautifully hand painted by Alice Lickens and reproduced digitally. They are printed in the UK on 100% recycled paper. Each card comes with a recycled vegan envelope (no animal glues used here) and is packaged in a fully compostable 'cello' bag made from vegetable starch.
Mortlake Papers was established by award-winning illustrator Alice Lickens in October 2022. Each design starts life as a drawing, collage or painting made by Alice in her South London studio. The artwork is digitised so that every brush stroke, inked line and texture can be seen in the finished product.
