Printed on 300gsm Somerset Satin, measures 30cm x 46cm.
Signed, titled and numbered by the artist.
Edition of 30.
This original limited edition screen art print by Anna Marrow features colour separations reproduced from original paintings by Anna and incorporated into this original artwork which features brutalist architectural buildings, an ice cream van, a figure doing a cartwheel and a rainbow pavement, plus a lot of pink!
Please be aware that Anna's prints are multiple layered hand made original prints so may vary very slightly from the photograph. The actual thing is so much better in real life too when you can see the nuances from the skilled ink layering and the luminosity of the colours in person.
Anna Marrow is an artist, printmaker, illustrator and image-maker based in Bristol. She studied Fine Art in Bristol, then Communication Design at Central Saint Martins, specialising in illustration. She now prints at Spike Print Studio.
Anna makes surprising, sometimes humorous or alarming images by combining mundane objects and environments with exotic creatures and characters. She like to pin point a specific moment in time and is drawn to objects from her childhood such as 70’s televisions, radios and cars which all feature heavily in her work, as do urban and suburban landscapes.
