This sweet card features two birds and is perfect to send to someone you love for Valentines day, or makes a wonderful engagement or wedding card.

This mini greeting card is reproduced from original collage artwork by Alice Lickens and reproduced digitally. Alice used house paint, vintage papers, oil pastel, pinking shears and gouache to make the artwork. The cards are printed in the UK on 100% recycled stock. Each card comes with a recycled scarlet red vegan envelope (no animal glues used here) and is packaged in a fully compostable 'cello' bag made from vegetable starch.

Mortlake Papers was established by award-winning illustrator Alice Lickens in October 2022.  Each design starts life as a drawing, collage or painting made by Alice in her South London studio. The artwork is digitised so that every brush stroke, inked line and texture can be seen in the finished product.

Every card is printed on recycled paper and paired with a vegan 100% recycled paper envelope (no animal glues or pigments used here). Packing is plastic free and compostable; Mortlake Papers aim to tread as lightly on the planet as possible.
