Anna Marrow

Anna Marrow is a printmaker, illustrator and image-maker based in Bristol. She studied Fine Art in Bristol, then Communication Design at Central Saint Martins, specialising in illustration. She prints at Spike Print Studio. Anna makes surprising, sometimes humorous or alarming images by combining mundane objects and environments with exotic creatures and characters. She like to pin point a specific moment in time and is drawn to objects from her childhood such as 70’s televisions, radios and cars which all feature heavily in her work, as do urban and suburban landscapes.

Pirrip Press are Alex Higlett and Georgina Hounsome. They are a two-woman illustration, design and print duo, specialising in Silkscreen printing. Alex and Georgina design and make their own products (greetings cards, books, artwork, and other printed ephemera) in Bristol, working at their home studio and printing at Spike Print Studio. They like to tell stories and they love to be outdoors, so the natural world is their biggest source of inspiration.

We also sell other illustrated and graphic homeware including textiles, artists books, zines, greeting cards, and decorations. We are based in Bedminster, South Bristol, UK. You can often find us at art fairs and pop-ups.
