Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo, American Express and JCB. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or Paypal in £GBP (pounds sterling).

You will be taken to a secure page to complete your transaction.

Postage costs are added at the checkout.

International Customers

We ship worldwide. All payents are processed in £ (pounds sterling) and will be converted to your own currency by your card company or PayPal after you have made the payment through our website. You can use the website www.xe.com to get an estimated price. Please bear in mind that your card provider may work to a different exchange rate.

Customers outside the UK may be charged a customs fee. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Soma has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.

Delivery Information

How Long Will it Take?

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days but usually dispatch within 1-2 working days. All items will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within 2 weeks for UK customers or 30 days for international, or as stated on product page. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.

In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual. We will advise on a delivery date in this case.

Please bear in mind most items are handmade and from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date.

Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date.

UK Delivery Costs

Up to £9.99 = £1.50
£10 - £29.99 = £2.95
£30 + = Free!
Express Delivery = £9.95* 

*We are currently NOT offering EXPRESS DELIVERY service as standard. If you require a fast delivery or delivery by or on a certain date, please get in touch and we can arrange this individually, where possible. This service will return in the near future.

Please allow 2 working days for UK Express Delivery.

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), Special Delivery, Hermes or UPS with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase. We will email you when the item has been dispatched. 

International Delivery Costs

International delivery to some countries may still be subject to delays.

Up to £9.99 = £3.95
£10 - £49.99 = £5.95
£50 - £149.99 = £9.95
£150 + = £12.95
Express Delivery = £15.00 - shipped quickly and tracked.

Rest of the World
Up to £9.99 = £6.95
£10 - £49.99 = £9.95
£50 - £149.99 = £17.95
£150 + = £24.95
Express Delivery = £29.95 - shipped quickly and tracked.

Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

Express Delivery International will be sent next working day (except Mondays) by a Royal Mail tracked service. Due to varied delivery times to different countries we are unable to give a delivery estimate.

Please be aware that shipment to non UK countries (Europe and ROW) may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Soma has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
